About Me

The Full Story
Linda Griselda Garza
Founder of Bloom 9 Life | Certified Cognitive Behavior Life Coach | Survivor | Healer | Speaker
My name is Linda Griselda Garza, and I’ve lived many lives in this one body.
I’m a four-time cancer survivor.
A survivor of trauma, abandonment, violence, and multiple suicide attempts.
I’ve walked through narcissistic abuse, childhood PTSD, dissociative states, manic episodes, and years of spiritual confusion.
I know what it feels like to lose yourself.
To break.
To beg the universe to take you.
But I also know what it feels like to come back—to rise from the ashes with wisdom in your bones and a mission in your heart.
My Journey
Since my early twenties, I’ve been speaking in schools, hospitals, and community spaces throughout South Texas—sharing my journey, speaking from raw experience, and helping others find the courage to face their shadows.
My life has been shaped by deep wounds—and even deeper healing.
Yes, I’ve struggled with narcissistic tendencies. I was once reactive, explosive, and emotionally disconnected.
I carried the pain of a wounded inner child—especially from my relationship with my mother.
But I chose to face those parts of me. To own them.
To hold them with compassion.
And to heal.
My greatest breakthrough came not from waiting for apologies… but from realizing I didn’t need them to free myself.
I learned that suffering only becomes trauma when we let it define us.
But when we choose to learn from it—it becomes transformation.
Why I Created Bloom 9 Life
I created Bloom 9 Life for people like me… and for people like you:
-
The ones who feel too broken to be loved
-
The ones who’ve lost themselves to rage, addiction, or numbness
-
The ones who have been labeled, misunderstood, or cast aside
-
The ones who have seen the dark—and want to find their way back to the light
This is a space where healing isn’t clinical. It’s real.
Where we talk about cognitive distortions, spiritual awakenings, personality disorders, rage, forgiveness, boundaries, and how to rewire the mind to finally feel peace.
🔥 My Mission
My mission is simple:
To help people lose fear.
To teach you how to see the light in everything—even the pain.
To remind you that your story is not your shame—it’s your power.
If you’re ready to stop hiding, stop numbing, and start healing…
I’m here.
Not as your therapist.
But as someone who’s walked the fire and made it through.
As your mirror.
Your coach.
Your sister in the work.
Let’s begin.
– Linda
