Why I chose Coaching

Updated: Jun 13

I didn’t choose coaching as a career.

It chose me.

After surviving cancer four times, facing deep-rooted trauma, battling personality disorders, and walking through the fire of my own shadow, I realized I couldn’t just keep this journey to myself.

I had to teach what I learned the hard way:

  • How to survive when the world crumbles

  • How to face your inner darkness without shame

  • How to turn pain into power

Coaching became my soul’s mission the moment I understood that suffering—when transformed—can become a path to awakening.

Now, I coach others through their darkest moments. Not from a place of theory, but from experience. I’ve been where you are. I’ve thought the thoughts you’re afraid to say out loud. And I know what it takes to come back—to rise with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

That’s why I chose this path. Because no one is too broken to bloom. I choose this path because I wholeheartedly believe that we as humans can help each other through experience MORE than thru textbook knowledge. I had three psychologist, many two psychiatrist and I couldn't put to practice what they lectured. They would tell me WHAT to do but not HOW to put it to practice. How to integrate. Why? Because they didn't have a hands on experience of what to do or what to tell yourself in the middle of a split personality or intrusive thoughts.

I do. I will teach you what to do and what to say to yourself when you're alone and talking to yourself in front of a mirror.
